Delivering Quality is a pre requisite of every aspect of our business philosophy and the people who make it work. From initial quotations to delivery, we agree specifications and business practices for each individual product, matching our customers’ requirements.
Through the application and adherence to Customer, International and Global specifications such as Ford Q1, ISO TS 16949, we demonstrate our commitment not only to world class quality, but also the evolution and continual improvement of the Caparo Atlas Fastenings business.
We therefore constantly, review and act accordingly, through the measurement of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) to ensure that our customers’ requirements are met right first time, every time.
Environmental Overview
As a responsible Company Caparo Atlas Fastenings take the impacts that our products, activities and services have on the environment seriously. Ensuring that environmental performance is maintained and demonstrated is a fundamental part of the success of the business.
Through the application of the International Standard ISO 14001 we aim to demonstrate this and our commitment to reduction of waste in all areas of the business.
Our EMS is built around identifying, prioritising, controlling, and improving upon the elements of our activities that interact with the environment. We develop objectives and targets to measure our performance and to continually challenge ourselves. Where possible we will engage our suppliers and customers in our efforts to be more efficient and to reduce our environmental impacts.

Caparo Atlas Fastenings manufacture cold forged engineered components in line with customer’ design, statutory and regulatory requirements through integrated procedures and processes we ensure all products are delivered from concept to reality “Right First Time”.

Environment
Caparo Atlas Fastenings is committed to the reduction in the impact of it's operations on the environment. This will be achieved as a result of the development and operation of an effective EMS certified to ISO 14001 that will identify the significant environmental impacts from new and existing processes.
Health & Safety
Caparo Atlas Fastenings are committed to compliance with health and safety legislation as a minimum, and the continuous improvement of health and safety performance, as an integral part of achieving business excellence.
Ethics
Caparo has never been a company that is highly centralised and there is never any intention of changing the individual character of each operating division by dictating a specific company mission statement or vision.
Our Commitment
Having gained TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and Ford Q1 we are committed to continuous improvements and regularly review our Business Performance Indictors, success will only come by embracing the tools and techniques prescribed (LEAN, Six Sigma etc) and rigid process control. Caparo Atlas Fastenings is committed to embracing this methodology not just now, but on all future projects and products.
