Caparo Atlas Fastenings in-house computer aided design, development, tooling and software capability and partnerships with dedicated specialists in materials, heat treatment and metal finishing provides an unrivalled product to market turnaround and enables rapid availability of prototype samples.
With our own fully equipped laboratory, mechanical testing facility, salt spray corrosion cabinet and torque/tension testing equipment, we are able to offer a full product testing service and our trained specialists are available to provide technical advice.
Application engineering is also at the core of Caparo Atlas Fastenings relationship with its customers and our dedicated engineers are always on call to provide guidance or on-site assistance with any fastener related issue.

Application Engineering

Caparo Atlas Fastenings employs a number of qualified technical specialists, who have vast experience in application engineering, torque/tension testing, materials selection, heat treatment and surface finishing (plating) processes allied to high volume cold forged fastener manufacturing. Should the need arise, these specialist are available on a consultancy basis and can provide advice or guidance in any of the aforementioned fields. -
